The National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) represents the interests of over 900 electric cooperatives in the United States. My team helped create the Voices for Cooperative Power (VCP) campaign. VCP’s mission is to give people a platform to talk about the many ways electric co-ops support their community.

My role with this project was to help create a unified brand identity and system that existed through several campaign deliverables.

A brand system that is both singular and highly flexible. Unmistakable in its visual clarity.

My goal was to create an identity with a friendly and inviting feeling that presented authentic and highly informative messaging.

To have authentic impact and build immediate feeling.

Striving to take an approach to a social campaign that would develop an instant connection with the viewer. I digitally altered everyday signage to help guide the audience to think beyond their digital device, creating an authentic environment that evokes feeling.

Standing out in a noisy world.

As part of the campaign, I was tasked to create a series of social stories and posts that focused on a young modern target audience. I set out to create designs that were fun, high-energy, and personable that would grab your attention when quickly scrolling through a social feed.
